Turn-Key Manufactured Home Build in Grapeview, WA
The Challenge: Build Around the Existing Garage
This project took place in Grapeview, WA, just between Shelton and Belfair. The homeowner already had a detached garage on the property and wanted to add a new manufactured home that felt intentional—not squeezed in or “added later.” Our job was to complete the full home package and site work while making sure the home aligned with county requirements, property setbacks, and the existing garage layout.

A Challenge Overcome
Because the garage was already on site, our team needed to determine whether a new home could be placed without modifying or relocating the garage — while still meeting:
-
County and HOA setback rules
-
Driveway access requirements
-
Proper drainage and grading
-
Aesthetic alignment so it looks like one intentional property
Through precise measurements, layout mapping, and a few iterations on orientation and elevation, we locked in a placement that not only met all regulations — but also looked right.
The result is a home that sits naturally on the land, with a comfortable transition between the garage, driveway, and entry.
The Final Result
The home features:
-
A bright, open living and kitchen space
-
Durable flooring and modern interior finishes
-
Clean exterior lines with a welcoming covered entry
-
Peaceful tree-lined surroundings for true PNW living
This home is ready for someone to start their next chapter!
