That’s why we dedicate the highest level of care and attention to any referral you send our way. Whether it’s your client, friend, family member, or colleague, we treat every referred customer like they’re part of the Zenith Homes family, ensuring their experience is as smooth and rewarding as possible.

1. Refer Someone to Zenith Homes – Share your love for Zenith Homes by referring friends, family, or colleagues who are in the market for a new manufactured home.
2. Complete the Referral Form – To ensure we can track your referral, please complete the referral form on our website or provide your referral’s information directly to a Zenith Homes team member before they begin the home buying process.
3. Referral Reward – When your referral completes their home purchase and moves into their new home, we will cut a $1,000 referral compensation check to you, or a nonprofit organization of your choosing, as our way of saying thanks.

• Eligible Referrals – To qualify for the referral reward, the referral must be a new customer who has not previously engaged with Zenith Homes in any way (including inquiries, visits, or prior home tours).
• Registration Requirement – The referral must be registered with Zenith Homes either via the online referral form or directly with a Zenith Homes representative before they begin their home-buying journey with us.
• Payout Eligibility – The $1,000 referral compensation is only paid out once:
  • The referred customer completes the purchase of a home with Zenith Homes.
  • The referred customer has moved into their new home.
  • All financial transactions related to the home purchase have been completed.
• One Referral Per Household – Referrals are limited to one per household. If multiple parties refer the same person, the reward will be paid to the first referrer based on the submission time of the referral form.
• No Self-Referrals – You may not refer yourself. We understand the thought process, but this referral program is intended for introducing new customers to Zenith Homes!
• Referral Form Accuracy – The referrer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the referral information submitted, including full name, email, and phone number of the referred individual.
• Program Duration – This referral program is ongoing but subject to change or cancellation at the discretion of Zenith Homes. Any referrals in process prior to cancellation will still be honored under the terms active at the time of submission.
• Payment of Referral Compensation – Referral payments will be made via check or electronic transfer within 30 days after the referred customer has completed their move-in. Payments are subject to any applicable local, state, or federal taxes, for which the referrer is responsible.
• Dispute Resolution – In the event of any dispute regarding the referral compensation program or the eligibility of a referrer, Zenith Homes’ decision will be final.
